6. Automated Processing & AI

Important: No fully automated decisions are made about you without human review. A recruiter always reviews candidate profiles before deciding to reach out. You have the right to request human review of any automated assessment and to contest decisions based on automated processing.
7. Data Retention
We retain your professional information for up to 24 months from the last time it was actively used for recruitment purposes. After this period, your data is deleted unless there is an ongoing legitimate purpose for retention.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion: Request that we delete your data
- Objection: Object to our processing of your data
- Contest automated decisions: Request human review of automated assessments
