Free, no account, no email. There is a fair use cap of a few generations an hour so the tool stays up for everyone.
Will the output sound like every other AI job ad?
It is constrained hard: no filler adjectives, no benefits boilerplate, outcomes rather than responsibilities, and a banned word list that includes most of the words that give AI copy away. Edit it anyway. It is a first draft.
What happens to what I type in?
It is sent to the model to produce the draft and is not stored against you or used to build a profile. Do not paste anything confidential into a public tool, here or anywhere else.
Does a better job description fix hiring?
No. If nobody qualified sees it, the wording does not matter. The job description is the easy half. Supply is the hard half, which is the part I actually run.
