I notice what's stuck and tell you before you ask
I sit in your channel and watch the pipeline the way a good coworker would. When something is going stale or a pattern repeats, I say so, right there, with a one tap yes or not now.

Two candidates in onsite have been quiet for 9 days. Want me to nudge them?
Habit suggestionStalled candidates, quiet threads, repeated patterns
I track every open role for the moments that usually slip: no feedback logged, no reply after a week, a role that looks like one you already ran. When I see it, I suggest the next step instead of waiting for you to notice.
- —Flags candidates sitting too long in a stage
- —Notices when a brief matches a past search
- —Surfaces timing, not just tasks, like when a follow up is overdue
A suggestion you approve twice becomes a habit
The point of a suggestion is not to nag you forever. The second time I suggest the same kind of action and you say yes, I ask if it should just run on its own from now on. You stay one word away from full control at all times.
Slack, Teams or WhatsApp, wherever you already work
Suggestions arrive in the same thread as everything else. No separate dashboard to remember to check.
How suggestions actually work
Will you spam my channel with suggestions?
No. I only speak up when something is genuinely stuck or a real pattern repeats, and I keep it to one thread, not a flood of pings.
What happens if I ignore a suggestion?
Nothing bad. I'll mention it again if it's still relevant later, but I never take the action without your yes.
Can suggestions turn into automatic actions?
Only if you say yes twice to the same kind of action. Then it becomes a habit you can see, edit or turn back to ask-first any time.
