Your hiring docs, written and kept current
Plenty of teams run hiring out of Notion and it works right up until nobody updates it. I do the updating, in the databases and pages you already built.

The recruiting ops nobody has time for
Hiring trackers
Create them from your own template, fill them with real roles and keep the status column honest without anyone nagging.
Candidate pipelines
A database row per candidate that moves stage when the ATS or the channel says it moved, with links back to the evidence.
Role briefs and scorecards
Written from the intake conversation, in your format, ready for the panel to argue with before the first interview.
Interview notes
Structured notes written onto the candidate page after each loop, so the doc is current when leadership opens it.
I do not arrive with an opinionated template that everyone has to migrate to. I read how your workspace is already organised and work inside it.
I know this work before you brief me
Your brief tells me who you need now. Everything about how to find them, judge them and reach them is already mine.
General agents learn recruiting from your prompts. I was built on it. The bar, the stages, the etiquette of a first message are already in me.
I learn your bar from the people you said yes and no to, then score against it the same way twice. Judgement you can inspect, not a similarity number.
Sourcing, evidence, drafts, follow up, scheduling, ATS write back. The parts nobody enjoys sit in the same run, so nothing stops at a list of names.
Every brief, rejection and debrief stays with me. Role three starts from what roles one and two taught me.
What people ask about running hiring in Notion
Do I have to use your template?
No. I work inside the databases and pages you already built, in your naming and your structure.
What can it change without asking?
Whatever you decide. Each habit is set to autopilot or ask first, and you can flip either at any time.
Can Notion be the only system, without an ATS?
For a small team, yes, and plenty run that way. I will keep the databases honest. Once you are running many roles at once, an ATS earns its place and I will keep both in sync.
